Our mission is to "Simplify the Art of Cooking".

Our mission is to "Simplify the Art of CookingⒸ" by providing a universal cooking sauce that is healthy, easy to use and affordable. As Winners of the 2013 INPEX award and several others we take pride in every bottle prepared. Corbin's has always been a true Marinade and now with our registered Preservanade® Technology, we are branding our original product with a superior line of Unique Marinades with our specialty blending process and specially selected Herbs & Spices with a Trade Secret that brings out the boldest taste and flavor in each of our Marinades. Each of Corbin's Marinades is created using Preservanade Technology to enhance the true taste and flavor of every Marinade we produce. Every marinade must pass several rigorous tests to assure the quality of every flavor we produce before the name Corbin's will be placed on the label. A superior marinade should do more than pickle meats, fish and vegetables. Due to the success of our product and customer demand, we are in the process of rebranding, which includes the release of additional flavors. Due to manufacturing and testing, our product is currently unavailable but will be ready soon.

What is Preservanade®?

Preservanade® is a secret technology developed over the past twenty years to improve Corbin's original line of products named Corbin's Classic Marinades, Original, Cajun and Lemon Pepper and sales were fantastic because we took pride in our product. A decade later all the well- known brands attempted to buy us out for less than pennies on the dollar without residual income. We refused to sell our quality for quantity. During the past 10 plus years, I already knew that we had to improve our line of products just to keep pace with the big guys. Every time we added a new flavor they would copy the flavor name but not the quality in said product. Just as they did with the word Marinade, without creating a good product they used misleading phrases like great as a marinade or can be used as a marinade.
For example, a marinade should infuse itself into meats, poultry and seafood without injections. A good marinade should add flavor to meats, poultry, seafood and vegetables. Good marinades can be used to cook any dish without having to add oil, salt, pepper or other seasonings. The best marinades should have a revitalizing quality to enhance the taste and flavor of any meal during the cooking process, and preserve your meats, poultry and seafood if coated with marinade before you place it in the refrigerator. Marinades should begin to tenderize meats, poultry and seafood before and during the cooking process. You can also add vegetables to the meats (etc.) when almost done. The best marinade should become one with the juices of meats, poultry and seafood making a very tasty gravy with this now mixed marinade and the meats natural juices . Anything cooked using a superior marinade should last longer in the refrigerator packed in a sealed container to keep out the fumes of other stored foods. A great marinade can restore freezer burned meats, poultry and seafood. These are just a few of the tests required by Corbin's, before our name goes on the label.
